Terms of Service
Effective June 2, 2026
1. Who we are
Revora ("Revora", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered service that drafts replies to online reviews for restaurants and hospitality businesses. By creating an account or paying for a Revora plan, you ("you", "Customer") agree to these Terms of Service.
2. The service
Revora generates suggested reply text from review content you provide or that we fetch on your behalf from connected platforms (Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, and similar). You remain the author of any reply that you publish. Revora does not guarantee that drafts will be free of errors, and you are responsible for reviewing all output before posting.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business you represent.
4. Plans, billing and trials
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. The Basic plan is offered with a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged the then-current monthly fee and your subscription will auto-renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.
5. Refunds
Because Revora is a digital service that begins delivering value immediately on activation, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@revoraos.com within 14 days and we will review your request in good faith.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Revora to publish content you know to be false or misleading;
- impersonate any person or business;
- violate the terms of any review platform you connect;
- attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the service;
- use the service to harass, defame, or harm any individual.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of reviews, voice samples, and approved replies you provide. You grant Revora a non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to operate, secure and improve the service for you. We do not use your content to train shared models for other customers.
8. Third-party services
Revora integrates with third-party platforms (e.g. Google, TripAdvisor, Stripe). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy decisions made by those platforms.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated drafts will produce any particular business outcome.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revora's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will continue to apply.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
